In this section you will find a series of approved Patio Home plans from our builders for construction in "The Lakes at Northglenn" new home community. On each sheet you will find the front elevation, basic main floor plan, and some general facts about the home. The base price includes a finished home on slab with a safe room. The finished cost of your home will depend on the upgrade features you may want, whether or not you want a basement, adjusted square footage etc.

Our Patio Home area features single family homes priced from $120,000 with a minimum of 1200 square feet. Care free living features, all exterior maintenance including lawn care, snow removal, and exterior home maintenance provided through the homeowners association.

If you have a plan in mind that is not featured here, please let us know. Our plan approval process is quick, and we should be able to approve most plans as long as they meet the criteria set forth by the covenants and architectural control committee.
