If you would like to pursue building your dream home in The Lakes at Northglenn new home community the process is quite simple. Below is a guideline to follow….

1. Contact a member of the marketing team today. They will answer any questions you have, review with you lot availability and provide you a copy of the covenants.
2. Reserve a lot. Our lots are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and the reservation process is very simple.
   • Choose a lot
   • Execute a 30 day "Lot Reservation Agreement" along with a $500 refundable deposit
   • Review the covenants
   • Choose your Plan and Builder
   • If for any reason during your 30-day reservation period you decide not to build, your $500 deposit will be returned to you.
3. Arrange financing etc. (We will guide you through this process)
4. Close on your lot.
5. If necessary we will assist you in selling your existing home.
6. As soon as you and your builder are ready begin construction.
7. Move into your dream home!
